yearly review.

you know those years that you wish would just end? year 23 hasn't been that. like at all. I experienced so much and enjoyed it fully. but how can we really quantify my success as a twenty three year old? if only I had a made a to-do list...oh wait! you can visit the original here.

*crossed out = done.

1. evangelize often. more than all other years combined.
2. get a new bible. a beautiful taupe esv study bible.
3. form a habit of picking up my room daily.
4. become very good at my job(s).
5. tube down the skunk river at least 2 times this summer. waaah waaaaaaaaaaaah. not once.
6. actually learn to ski. hahaha. well, I fell down a hill with skiis on this year.
7. host people often.
8. keep in contact with family more often. continuing to work on it.
9. save for a new computer.
10. go camping several times this summer. does twice count as often? yes? great.
11. discover a new band every month.
12. make time for shows and art exhibits. fail.
13. go to a musical.
14. make lots of lists (check!)
15. see francis chan speak. the best.
16. take a trip to a coast.
17. take a trip to the opposite coast.
18. be intentional with each day.

accomplished. definitely with the power, help, and refinement of Jesus. year twenty four has a lot to live upto. but I probably won't be making a list about it, for all of our sakes.

blink 182 was wrong for thinking that nobody likes you when you're 23.

i like you.

scratch that.

i love you.

hmmm...

maybe blink was on to something. maybe by 23 people only love or hate you. no more like.

23 = good-bye to like.

i hope 24 brings you much more love.
